Order Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after being placed.

  • An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed over to our shipping carrier and is in transit to your chosen address.

  • During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.

  • United States: 7–10 business days

  • 🌍 Other Countries: 10–15 business days

Please note: Shipping carriers may experience unexpected delays during peak seasons, holidays, or due to customs processing. These circumstances are outside of our control and may extend delivery times.


Order Changes & Shipping Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at checkout.

  • Incomplete or incorrect information may result in delayed processing or order cancellation.

  • If our system detects an issue with your address, our support team will contact you within 3 business days. If no response is received, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us at support@DealStormstore.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to update your information, but changes after this time cannot be guaranteed.


Delivery Delays

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been handed over to our courier, DealStorm is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If this occurs:

  1. Contact us at support@dealstormstore.com and we’ll assist you.

  2. File a claim directly with the courier service (most carriers require this step).

  3. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement order.

In some cases, we may recommend filing a police report to assist in the claims process.
